The Corridor, a new 66-acre mixed-use project being developed in Brookfield, Wisconsin, is welcoming three new occupants that include a branch office of Associated Bank, an AT&T retail store, and a branch office of Charles Schwab & Co.
Additionally, Ruvin Bros. Artisans & Trades Inc., a high-end residential custom builder, has started renovation of the Ruby Farmhouse, which will include an extensive internal remodeling to accommodate both office and retail occupants.
The new occupants join the popular Portillo’s Hot Dogs, which recently opened its first Wisconsin location, and Dick’s Sporting Goods, which is expected to open by August 5. All work on The Corridor’s infrastructure has also been completed, making the development ready for additional build out of office and retail space.
The Associated Bank branch office will feature a full-service lobby, traditional teller stations, drive-thru lanes and an updated 24-hour ATM machine with deposit capability.
The AT&T retail store will occupy 5,000 square feet and is expected to open in January 2017, while the Charles Schwab & Co. office will occupy 4,200 square feet and is expected to open in November.
The project’s landscaping has also been completed. The Corridor features thousands of high quality trees, shrubs and perennials that have proven to be hearty and healthy in the local climate.
