Pegasus Park, the 26-acre life sciences and innovation campus in Dallas, announced three tenant developments: CG Oncology, Highlander Health, and LH Capital, Inc., all of which are expanding their existing footprints.
These developments are centered on the office tower’s top floor, a high-altitude confluence point on the 16th story specifically designed for collaboration among biotech, life science, venture capital, and philanthropic leaders.
The commitment of these organizations to Pegasus Park reflects the steady maturation of the Dallas-Fort Worth life sciences ecosystem. By increasing their physical presence in Dallas, these tenants are strengthening the operational bridge that moves medical breakthroughs from the lab to the marketplace.
CG Oncology, a public biotechnology company, is expanding from its existing presence in Pegasus Park’s BioLabs and establishing a new office presence on the 16th floor of the office tower, occupying approximately 3,000 square feet.
“Pegasus Park offers a uniquely collaborative environment that brings together the full spectrum of the life sciences ecosystem,” said Arthur Kuan, Chairman and CEO of CG Oncology. “With leading researchers, investors, and innovators all in one location, Pegasus Park is an ideal setting for us as we continue to develop our innovative immunotherapy for bladder cancer patients.”
Highlander Health Partners, an investment firm advancing evidence generation and personalized health care for a new era of medical innovation, will occupy approximately 5,000 square feet of office space. As part of their expansion, the firm’s public interest platform Highlander Health Institute, an all-stakeholder platform that creates transparent answers to how best to assure safe, effective, and accessible treatments, will also be located on the 16th floor.
Since 2024, LH Capital and Highlander Health have invested alongside one another to support clinical trial innovation projects. The work will continue as LH Capital joins Highlander Health in their new space on the campus.
“We’re excited to expand our presence at Pegasus Park and deepen our engagement within such a dynamic and collaborative ecosystem,” said Brad Hirsch, Co-founder of Highlander Health. “Working among a community that brings together innovators across research, investment, and care delivery aligns directly with our mission to unlock capacity to create faster and greater patient impact.”
Pegasus Park is a 26-acre innovative campus offering state-of-the-art office and laboratory space to support life sciences organizations advancing science and public health. The campus is home to more than 20 biotech companies, several accelerator programs, seven universities, and dozens of leading nonprofit and social impact agencies.
