Tikijian Associates has sold McCormick Place, a 644-bed student apartment community in West Lafayette, Indiana.
The community caters to students attending Purdue University.
Tikijian Associates represented the seller, LNR Partners. Minnesota-based Tailwind Group purchased the property.
