Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of an eight-property, 338,755-square-foot multi-state shopping center portfolio in St. Louis, Cincinnati, Memphis, Kansas City and Indianapolis.
The portfolio sold for about $26.2 million.
Brett Chetek, a senior director of Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail Group in St. Louis, had the exclusive listing to market the portfolio on behalf of the seller, Robert Walpert, and his limited liability companies.
At the time of closing, the portfolio was 97 percent occupied by a mix of national, regional and local tenants such as Save-A-Lot, Walgreens, Family Dollar and Starbucks.
