Arrowwoods Apartments is a 153-unit apartment community on the north side of Indianapolis near 71st Street and Michigan Avenue. The property was listed for $4 million. Inverness Apartments is a 220-unit apartment community on the northwest side of Indiana at 59th Street and Georgetown Avenue. This property was listed for $5.3 million.
Tikijian Associates received 17 offers. Term Security Corp. purchased both Arrowwoods and Inverness in two separate transactions.
