Minneapolis-based Timberland Partners purchased Parkway Lakeside, a 232-unit multifamily property in the St. Louis region.
Parkway Lakeside is located in O’Fallon, Illinois, about 23 miles from St. Louis. The class-A property was built in 2011 and consists of one- and two-bedroom townhome-style floorplans. Amenities include a resort-style saltwater pool, two off-lease dog parks, fitness center, fire pit and clubhouse.
Units feature stainless-steel appliances, 9-foot ceilings, granite countertops, wood-type floors, fireplaces and direct-access garages.
