Titan Development & Investments and The Opus Group completed a 154-unit, mixed-use apartment and retail development in Rochester, Minnesota, near the Mayo Clinic’s main campus. This project was designed to meet the increasing demand for multifamily housing options in the city’s downtown core.
The building offers a mix of units ranging from studios to penthouses, including 20 furnished units. Tenants have access to various amenities including a green roof space with a swimming pool and fire pit; a club room; fitness center; lounge; roof top deck; tenant storage, dog wash and bike storage. The mixed-use building also has 9,000 square feet of available ground-level retail space.
As part of the City of Rochester’s Destination Medical Center (DMC) initiative, this project will serve the broader vision to create a truly integrated downtown community. The DMC initiative is a public-private partnership to position Rochester as the world’s premier destination for health and wellness.
Opus and Titan were the co-developers of the project, and Titan provided the construction management. Opus was the design-builder, interior designer, architect and structural engineer of record.
