TMG Real Estate Advisors (TMG), is pleased to announce that Ryan Phillips has been promoted to partner. This promotion recognizes Phillips as a top producer in the firm as well as his strength as a leader.
Phillips has extensive experience working with clients across industries including logistics, manufacturing, and service-related businesses. As a partner, Phillips will continue to identify and secure warehouse, industrial, office and flex space solutions throughout Chicago and the surrounding regions.
Phillips began his real estate career in 2009 and joined TMG in 2016 as vice president. Since joining the firm Ryan has delved into a myriad of industrial and office real estate projects. Phillips is the past president of Chicago’s prestigious Association of Industrial Brokers (AIRE), an organization dedicated to collaboration, education, and the highest ethical standards in the real estate brokerage industry.
