TMG Real Estate Advisors (TMG) announced the promotion of Ryan Phillips to senior vice president. In this role, Phillips will continue to focus on servicing clients who are occupiers of warehouse, industrial, and flex space throughout Chicago and the surrounding regions.
Phillips began his real estate career in 2009 and joined TMG in 2016 as vice president. Since joining the firm Ryan has delved into a myriad of industrial and office real estate projects in areas including logistics, manufacturing and service-related businesses. Phillips also currently serves as president of Chicago’s Association of Industrial Brokers.
