John Cassidy and Ken Franzese, both principals of Lee & Associates of Illinois LLC, represented the tenant in the transaction and John Sharpe, principal, and Steve Bass, of Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented building ownership, Stockbridge, in the transaction.
