TradeLane Properties recently acquired 3475 Langley, a 63,976-square-foot multi-tenant light industrial facility in Hebron, Kentucky.

Built in 2021 and sitting on six acres, this stabilized facility offers seven dock doors, a 22-foot clear height, four drive-in doors, 90 auto stalls, ESFR fire protection and a truck court.

Located within the Northern Kentucky submarket of Cincinnati, 3475 Langley provides tenants with access to Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, home to the DHL North American Superhub and Amazon Air operations.

Purchased within the TradeLane Properties U.S. Industrial Fund II, this investment was 100% leased upon acquistion.
