1400 Shore Road, Naperville, Illinois

TradeLane Properties, through its Chicago-focused, value-add industrial platform, TradeLane Properties Fund I, has closed on two buildings in Naperville, Illinois, within Chicago’s I-88 corridor submarket.

1400 Shore Road (27,110 square feet) and 1500 Shore Road (43,230 square feet) are located one mile south of the I-88 and Route 59 interchange amongst the research and development, manufacturing and technology labor pool of DuPage County. These highly functional and fully divisible light industrial buildings total 70,340 square feet and are fully leased on a short-term basis.

Darwin Realty principal, Noel Liston, and associate, Nick Krejci, assisted in this transaction, as did a team from Greenberg Traurig LLP.
