TradeLane Properties is proud to announce the sale of 1500 Bryn Mawr Avenue and 1251 Ardmore Avenue located in Itasca Illinois. Pat Sullivan and Ryan Chambers of NAI Hiffman represented TradeLane Properties in the disposition of the assets to a publicly traded real estate investment trust.
Through its value-add industrial platform, TradeLane Properties Fund I, TradeLane initially acquired the two industrial buildings, totaling 109,443 SF, in 2020 on a short term lease and, after significant capital improvements secured long term leases for both facilities.
