TradeLane Properties closed the disposition of 4130 S. Morgan St., a 168,350-square-foot industrial building in the Chicago Stockyards Industrial Park.
Originally built in 1968, this 20-foot clear industrial building was acquired within TradeLane Properties US Industrial Fund II, a value-add platform focused on the Central United States. TradeLane acquired this building in 2022 on a short-term sale-leaseback. After substantial capital improvements including interior demolition, LED lighting upgrade, HVAC upgrade and extensive asphalt replacement, TradeLane repositioned this asset and sold it to an undisclosed buyer, who will subsequently occupy the property.
