TradeLane Properties recently closed on a 14-building complex in the Cincinnati, Ohio, market.
TLP Capital Center – West Chester marks the first acquisition within the TradeLane Properties U.S. Industrial Fund II, L.P.
The 14-building, 896,523-square-foot industrial park on 43.5 acres in the Northwest submarket provides access to metropolitan Cincinnati, Dayton and Northern Kentucky via I-75 and I-275. The park consists of 11 light industrial buildings and three bulk distribution buildings with clear heights ranging from 12 feet to 23 feet.
The project is currently 93.5 percent leased among 65 customers. Erin Casey and Drew Wall of Colliers are the listing agents for the properties.
