TradeLane Properties announces the disposition of two buildings, 1400 Shore Road and 1500 Shore Road in Naperville, Illinois. Noel Liston and Nick Krejci of Darwin Realty represented TradeLane Properties in both the initial acquisition as well as the disposition of both assets.
These adjacent light industrial facilities, totaling 70,340 square feet, were acquired by TradeLane Properties in June 2020 on a short term sale-leaseback and subsequently repositioned for individual user sales upon lease expiration and the completion of building improvements.
1400 Shore Road, a fully air conditioned, 16-foot clear, 27,110-square-foot facility was sold to an undisclosed user/buyer represented by Charlie Mintz and Kurt Kittner at JLL.
1500 Shore Road, a fully air conditioned, 18-foot clear, 43,230-square-foot facility, was sold to an undisclosed user/buyer represented by Adam Haefner, Zeke Rowan and Marty Mikaitis at Avison Young.
