Trammell Crow Company hired Josh Posnick as Global Head of Capital Markets.
In this role, Posnick will lead the firm’s global capital strategy across all equity and debt programs, including capital formation, financing execution, and balance sheet optimization. Posnick is based in Washington, D.C. and will report to Adam Nims, Chief Executive Officer of TCC.
Posnick spent the last 12 years with Mill Creek Residential Trust in Washington, D.C. where he was most recently the Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets, responsible for project capitalizations across the U.S. Prior to that, he was involved in all phases of the firm’s multifamily development throughout the MidAtlantic region, including site acquisition, design, entitlements, financing, and dispositions. He previously worked in Deloitte’s Real Estate Valuation and Consulting Practice, where he was involved in domestic and international real estate valuation projects valued at more than $3 billion.
He sits on the board of directors for BayVanguard Bank. Posnick received a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Consumer Economics from the University of Delaware.
