Trammell Crow Company‘s Chicago Business Unit has sold a 254,384-square-foot industrial facility at 1800 Industrial Dr. in Libertyville, Illinois.
Keith Puritz and Brett Kroner of Avison Young, and Ryan Bain and Zach Graham of CBRE, were the sole brokers in the transaction. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The buyer was BCI Acrylic Bath Systems, a bathroom remodeling business, which is expanding and relocating from Palatine, Illinois.
The building is on a 11.13-acre site and includes 27,000 square feet of office space, and 28-foot ceiling heights.
