A stellar lineup of experts is shaping up to fill out four panels at the Transportation & Logistics Conference being hosted by Chicago Industrial Properties on Wednesday, September 28, 2011.
The conference, which is being held at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare on River Road in Rosemont, will feature four panels covering issues and trends in real estate and the transportation/logistics industries.
The marquis State of the Market panel will feature Adam Roth, NAI Hiffman; Jim Martell, Ridge Property Trust; Garry Weiss, Jones Lang LaSalle; Chris McGrath; Paul Fisher, Centerpoint Properties; and Andy James, DP Partners. It will be moderated by Len Caldeira, SIOR, Jones Lang LaSalle.
The other panels will feature a look at the means by which goods are being transported, and the need that creates; the market corridors offering the greatest opportunity; and investor appetite for transportation and logistics facilities.
