Transwestern Real Estate Services announced that Jesse Tollison joined the TRS Minneapolis office in the role of Research Manager.
In this position, Tollison will oversee research and data initiatives, providing key commercial real estate insights to drive business in the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area.
As the Research Manager for the Minneapolis-St. Paul market, Tollison will spearhead all research activities, providing insights across the office, industrial, retail, and healthcare sectors. He will also handle the production of local market reports and collaborate with Transwestern researchers across markets on national thought leadership deliverables. Partnering with brokers from the Agency Leasing and Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions groups, Jesse will provide comprehensive data and market analysis to help occupiers navigate space decisions.
Tollison, with a background in data-driven projects, previously worked as a Research Manager at Colliers, supporting brokers through lead generation, market statistics, and data aggregation. He also built interactive dashboards for clients, initiated quality assurance processes, and created special reports and thought leadership pieces.
Tollison earned his master’s degree from the University of Southern California and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama.
