The engineering firm is relocating from its current location at Golden Hills Office Center to 10 West End upon construction completion, which is projected for the first quarter of 2021. Mike Honsa, Mike Salmen, Tate Krosschell and Teresa Borgen of Transwestern provide office leasing services for the building. 10 West End is an 11-story, Class-A office building being developed by Ryan Companies US Inc. and The Excelsior Group. The property will feature high-tech conference space, dynamic bike and fitness facilities, collaborative lobby workspaces, open air balconies on every floor, sky lounge and deck, direct access to Central Park West and free covered ramp parking. 10 West End, which is the first building of a two-phase project, broke ground October 2019 and is the first speculative, Class-A office building constructed in the West submarket in more than 20 years. HDR is the second tenant to sign a lease at 10 West End and will occupy the entire sixth floor and a portion of the fifth floor. Leasing activity at the building has been consistently high throughout the pandemic. Construction has progressed enough to allow in-person tours, and the construction webcam has helped pique interest virtually.
