Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRS) announces that it has secured three new long-term leases, totaling 101,165 square feet, at Corridors I & II, a two-building, Class A office complex comprising 300,000 square feet at 2651-2655 Warrenville Road in Downers Grove. Executive Vice President Joe Stevens and Senior Vice President John Nelson provided leasing services on behalf of the landlord, Transwestern Investment Group.
The transactions include:
- A 41,429-square-foot lease within Corridors II for Oak Street Health, a Chicago-based primary care provider. David Stein of Steinco Corporate Real Estate Advisors represented the tenant.
- A 42,149-square-foot lease within Corridors I for PDV Midwest Refining LLC, a provider of refining and transportation services for petroleum products. Robert Sevim and Jon Azulay of Savills represented the tenant.
- Expansion deals totaling 17,587 square feet within Corridors I & II for Professional Wealth Advisors, LLC, a wealth management firm. Joel Berger of Bradford Allen represented the tenant.
