LEASES
- ECLI Products LLC has extended its lease of 30,000 square-feet in Aurora. Transwestern Principal, Justin Lerner, and Director, Joe Karmin, represented the building owner, Chicago Properties LLC.
- Deco Salon Furniture Inc. has leased 25,573 square-feet at in Des Plaines. Transwestern Principal, John Joyce, CCIM, and Senior Associate, Ryan Phillips, represented Deco Salon Furniture in the transaction. Rick Daly and Adam Haefner of Darwin Realty represented the building owner, TA Associates.
- Label Tek Inc. has renewed its lease of 20,000 square-feet at in Aurora. Transwestern Principal, Justin Lerner, and Director, Joe Karmin, represented the building owner, Jaken Co. in the transaction.
