Transwestern brokered the disposition of a two-building, 388,299-square-foot industrial portfolio in Chicago’s north suburbs to an undisclosed buyer.
The portfolio includes a 209,098-square-foot property at 6123 – 6227 Monroe Court, in Morton Grove, and a 179,201-square-foot building at 3500 Oakton St., in Skokie.
The Morton Grove property includes 209,098 square feet of warehouse space among five units that range in size from 23,500 to 62,581 square feet and feature 28-foot ceilings.
In Skokie, the 179,201-square-foot building at 3500 Oakton St. includes a mix of industrial and office space. With frontage along Oakton and proximity to retail at the intersection of Oakton and McCormick Boulevard, the site was marketed as a possible redevelopment opportunity for retail or other commercial uses.
The seller, Skokie-based Edler & Company Inc., was represented by Transwestern Senior Director Denise Stein Chaimovitz.
