Transwestern’s Chicago office has brokered the sale of Orland Park Crossing, an upscale, specialty retail center located at 14215 S. LaGrange Road in Orland Park. The 48,842-square-foot center was developed in 2005 and features national tenants including Ann Taylor, White House | Black Market, Talbots, Coldwater Creek, Chico’s, Panera Bread and Starbucks. The institutional-quality property was acquired by Edwards Realty for $10 million.
“Orland Park Crossing is a high-quality and well leased specialty retail center,” said Janice Sellis, a director of capital markets with Transwestern. “Recent tenant renewals and expansions are a testament to the strength of the property and market.”
At the time of sale the property was 95 percent occupied.
Sellis and Paul Barile, a Transwestern director, along with C-III Realty Services, represented the seller, C-III Asset Management, in the transaction.
