Transwestern Real Estate Services recently brokered the sale of the Cardinal Stritch University (CSU) campus in Wisconsin. Transwestern Executive Vice Presidents Marianne Burish and Daniel Walsh represented the university in the $24 million sale.
Located adjacent to Glendale, Wisconsin, and Fox Point, Wisconsin, the almost 44-acre property comprises 12 CSU buildings totaling 607,000 square feet of finished educational and supporting services space including a field house, library, fine arts/theatre building, and university center.
The Ramirez Family Foundation is the buyer of the campus.
