Bath & Body Works leased 715 square feet of office space at 10425 W. North Ave. in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. John Dulmes and Daniel Walsh, both executive vice presidents with Transwestern, represented the landlord in this transaction.
International Languages has leased 1,250 square feet of office space at 131 W. Layton Ave. in Milwaukee. Dulmes and Walsh again represented the landlord in this deal.
