SALES
- Craftwood Inc. has purchased the 33,000-square-foot property at 899 Larch in Elmhurst. Transwestern Principal Justin Lerner and Director Joe Karmin represented the seller, Venture One.
- U Store It, LLC has purchased the 29,000-square-foot property at 877 S. Route 83 in Elmhurst. Transwestern Principal Justin Lerner and Director Joe Karmin represented the seller, Terrence Sherman.
- International Equipment Trading, Inc. has purchased the 19,295-square-foot property at 955 Campus Drive in Mundelein from G&M Enterprises. Transwestern Principal Tom Boyle and Director Jared Paff represented the buyer.
LEASES
- Senior Director Denise Chaimovitz represented the building owner, American Landmark, in leasing out 41,200 square feet at 8290 Austin Avenue in Morton Grove.
- Tactical Lighting Systems, Inc. has leased 32,907 square feet at 901 S. Route 83 in Addison. Transwestern Principal Justin Lerner and Director Joe Karmin represented the building owner, Liberty Property Trust.
- New Pride Corp. has leased 25,000 square feet at 5331 W. 66th St. in Bedford Park. Transwestern Associate Scott Mueller represented the tenant.
