Transwestern’s Chicago office recently represented a joint venture between Middleton Partners and Romanek Properties Ltd. in the disposition of Hillsdale Business Park, a 445,892-square-foot property in Indianapolis.
Brennan Investment Group bought the property at 6911-6999 Hillsdale Court for more than $30 million.
Transwestern managing director Gary Nussbaum and senior associate David Matheis represented the seller.
