Transwestern has hired Amy Lind in its Chicago office as the new senior vice president of property management. Lind will oversee property management across the Midwest with a focus on key account relationships and business development, and also will work beside Bob DeMarke. In her new position, Lind will ensure the comprehensive delivery of all property-level services to existing clients, as well as work closely with senior leadership to pursue new leasing business and management.
“Amy’s experience, certifications and recognitions make her an ideal team member for Transwestern’s property management group,” said Mike Watts, Transwestern’s Midwest president. “Her experience in Central Business District, high-rise and suburban office management in cities around the country will be highly valuable here.”
Lind will develop regional marketing strategies, develop and expand relationships with institutional clients, and oversee quality control of regional accounts.
