Located 1.7 miles from Interstate 88, the property provides connectivity to I-355, I-294, O’Hare International Airport, downtown Chicago and the broader Midwest transportation network. According to Transwestern Research, the I-88 Corridor is currently 94% occupied and has maintained an average occupancy of approximately 95% over the past 15 years.
