Transwestern has announced that Great Place to Work® and Fortune have named the commercial real estate firm as No. 27 on their inaugural “100 Best Workplaces for Millennials” list. Transwestern is the only third-party, full-service commercial real estate firm to be recognized. The rankings are based solely on an anonymous survey of nearly 90,000 millennials.
Transwestern promotes teamwork and skills development among its young team members through Young Professionals Groups in its major offices. These groups encourage team members to collaborate across service lines and departments and provide opportunities for young professionals to learn from Transwestern veterans through special speaker events. Additionally, Transwestern hosts holiday parties, year-round social events, wellness activities and paid training and skills development courses.
Those that made the list of top 100 were selected based on the evaluations of nearly 90,000 millennial-aged employees who were surveyed using the Trust Index©, an employee assessment survey by Great Place to Work. The 100 Best Workplaces for Millennials is part of a series of rankings by Great Place to Work and Fortune based entirely on employee surveys from published Great Place to Work Reviews.
