Transwestern has been named the exclusive leasing agent for the 179,000-square-foot, Class A office building located at 6400 Shafer Court in Rosemont.
Situated in Chicago’s O’Hare submarket, the property is owned by Crossroads Development Partners. The property is managed by Crossroads affiliate, SVN Crossroads Property Management LLC.
