Transwestern Real Estate Services promoted Ross Lehrman to Senior Vice President with the suburban Chicago Industrial Services team.
Based in the company’s Rosemont, Illinois, office, Lehrman works with Joe Karmin, SIOR and Justin Lerner, SIOR on industrial transactions in the Central/North DuPage County, I-88, and O’Hare submarkets.
Lehrman joined Transwestern in 2016, quickly and consistently earning recognition within the company at local and national levels. His awards include Young Professional of the Year, Industrial Rising Star, and Top 10 Midwest Producers. During his tenure, he has completed over 13 million square feet in transactions totaling more $552 million in value for clients that include Venture One Real Estate, ML Realty, Clear Height Properties, Westmount Capital, Taurus, High Street, and Unilev Capital.
