Transwestern has promoted John Marquardt to executive vice president in the firm’s national Tenant Advisory Services group.
Marquardt is based in Transwestern’s Chicago office where he develops comprehensive real estate strategies and manages transactions for a wide range of clients in the private equity, education, financial services, business services and healthcare sectors.
Locally, Marquardt is involved in the Association for Corporate Growth, the Executives’ Club of Chicago, the Nature Conservancy of Illinois and the Anglers Club of Chicago.
