Transwestern Real Estate Services adds research director

Caitlin Ritter

Transwestern Real Estate Services has added Caitlin Ritter as research director for the company’s Chicago and Rosemont, Illinois, offices.

Ritter will oversee research initiatives for the area alongside market research manager Tanita Bradley, who joins Transwestern as a part of the recent MB Real Estate acquisition.

Ritter has extensive experience in commercial real estate market research in Chicago. Prior to joining Transwestern, Ritter was Director of Applied Research at Aegon Asset Management for 13 months. Before that, she spent over six years at MBRE, most recently as Vice President of Research and Investment Intelligence. Ritter has been cited in multiple publications, including the Chicago Tribune, Crain’s Chicago Business and The Real Deal. She is on the Regional Economy Committee for the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning and is an Ely-Chicago Chapter member for Lambda Alpha International.

Ritter and Bradley will spearhead all research activities and initiatives in the Chicago area and will oversee the production of local market reports. The increase in real estate intelligence will benefit brokers and Transwestern clients to make the best decisions in the current market.
