Transwestern represented Tropokinesis LLC in its purchase of 2510 Green Bay Road in Evanston, Illinois, approximately 14 miles north of Chicago.
Tropokinesis acquired the building for $1.6 million from a private investor, Laurence Bauman, and will be relocating from its previous location at 1515 Sherman in Evanston. Transwestern Principal John Joyce, Senior Associate Ryan Phillips and Associate Chris Rickett represented the buyer in the transaction.
“This building represents a great opportunity for Tropokinesis to have its own space,” said Joyce. “The flex/office space and open warehouse layout is ideal.”
Once home to Domicile Furniture, the building includes 4,000 square feet of parking and easy access to Evanston’s Central Street Business District. The property is also easily accessible from Northwestern University.
John Hancko of Sperry Van Ness represented the seller.
