Transwestern represents Catapult Health with nearly 31,000-SF office relocation in Dallas

Catapult Health has signed a new 30,656-square-foot office lease in The Offices at Prestonwood Place at 5294 Belt Line Road in Dallas. Transwestern Real Estate Services represented the tenant and CBRE represented the landlord, Northwood Investors LLC.

Catapult Health, a leading national provider of employer-sponsored preventive checkups, is relocating from its previous location at 8144 Walnut Hill Lane. Transwestern principal Michael Griffin provided tenant advisory services to Catapult Health while CBRE’s Trey Smith, Lauren Napper and Ward Eastman represented the landlord.

“Catapult Health is a mission-driven company that needed an equally inspiring office space to accomplish its goals,” said Griffin. “We’re so excited to deliver this custom-fit solution that will not only accommodate its growth plans, but also promote collaboration and communication among its employees with walkable amenities right outside the door.”

Prestonwood Place is a 133,353-square-foot, mixed-use development on a 16-acre site in the Addison submarket of Dallas. In 2020, the site was revamped with new office space and updated retail opportunities.

“Employee workspace expectations have been turned upside down over the past year,” said David Michel, CEO of Catapult Health. “Tall office buildings with crowded elevators and open floor plans have become pariahs. That’s why we challenged Michael Griffin and the Transwestern team to locate a new type of office where we can build our culture and community safely, a place where we can spread out and maintain connection. Prestonwood Place is perfect for our needs, and we are building a next-generation environment where our team members will eagerly return to work, innovate, laugh, eat and collaborate.”
