Chicago-based law firm Blatt, Hasenmiller, Leibsker & Moore LLC signed a 10-year, full-floor headquarters lease at 10 S. LaSalle Drive. Transwestern’s Executive Vice President Tony Karmin represented the law firm in the transaction.

The national firm, which specializes in collections, is relocating its corporate headquarters from the Northern Trust Center at 125 S. Wacker, where the long-term tenant leased more than 30,000 square feet on multiple floors. The lease at 10 S. LaSalle is for 23,000 square feet on a single floor, offering maximum efficiency. Creative design solutions firm Eastlake Studio Inc. designed a space for Blatt, Hasenmiller, Leibsker & Moore that will accommodate 170 people when the firm takes occupancy in October.
