Transwestern represented Thybony Wallcoverings in leasing 18,000 square feet of warehouse space at 1001 Lively Blvd. in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The property is located approximately 10 miles from the O’Hare International Airport, and is eligible for low 6B tax rates.
The interior paint and wallpaper retailer, which has two store locations in the Chicago area, will use the space to store excess wall-covering products.
Transwestern’s Adam Schneiderman represented Thybony Wallcoverings in the three-year lease transaction. The owner of the 45,100-square-foot warehouse, Gullo International, was represented in-house by Mariann Gullo. Gullo International recently upgraded the building’s office space and bathrooms.
