Transwestern recently closed the sale of Corporate Plaza, a five-story 210,409-square-foot office building in the St. Louis suburb of Chesterfield, Missouri.
Griffin-American Healthcare REIT III acquired the property at 14528 S. Outer 40 Road for $36 million.
Gary Nussbaum, Mike Donovan and David Matheis represented the seller in this transaction.
Corporate Plaza is 98 percent leased, and serves as the administrative headquarters of Mercy Health.
