Cinnaire, a community development financial institution, announced the appointment of Director of Lending Asset Management in the company’s Chicago office.
Trey Phillips has been promoted to Director of Lending, Asset Management. In this new position, Phillips will be responsible for managing the oversight of Cinnaire’s lending portfolio. He will develop and implement strategy to mitigate against risk across Cinnaire’s multiple product lines, as well as multiple geographic areas. He will ensure that quality and efficiency remain top priorities within the Asset Management department and will maintain Cinnaire’s position as an industry leader in reporting.
