Triad Real Estate Partners recently sold the Campus Village Portfolio, a four-property, 629-bed student-housing portfolio serving the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio.
Campus Village of Rochester, Mich., sold the property. Campus Crest Communities, a student-housing REIT in Charlotte, N.C., was the buyer.
Triad was given the assignment to market this property in 2012 and generated nine offers in less than a month.
