Triad Real Estate Partners recently sold The Arbors of Hudson, a 45-unit multi-family property in Hudson, Wis.
Triad has now sold more than 2,500 units of Low Income Housing Tax Credit properties across the Midwest since 2010.
The Arbors of Hudson was originally built in 1997. The sales price was $3.3 million, representing a one-year CAP rate of 7.2 percent.
