Tribune Media has chosen Chicago-based Riverside Investment & Development to redevelop the site at 700 W. Chicago Ave. Riverside is formerly known as O’Donnell Investment, and is led by John Buck company executive John O’Donnell. According to Crain’s, exact plans for the site is unclear, but they could include hundreds of thousands of office, retail and residential space.
