Triton Realty Group brokered the sale of a 20-unit apartment building at 1301-1307 W. Morse Ave. in the East Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago.
The building was sold by a northside-based owner represented by Triton principals Matthew Fritzshall and Harrison Cohen. The buyer was also represented by Cohen.
The apartment building consists of seven two-bedroom/one-bath units and 13 one-bedroom/one-bath units.
The seller renovated 15 of the apartments with new drywall, lighting, stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and bathroom vanities.
The property traded for $3.28 million, representing a price-per-unit of $164,000.
