Pennartz joins Troutman Pepper Locke from Holland & Knight and brings significant experience advising developers, investors, and lenders on complex real estate transactions.
Her practice spans the full lifecycle of deals, including the origination and restructuring of acquisition and construction loans, mezzanine financing, private debt and equity placements, and the structuring of joint ventures and other investment vehicles.
