Tutera’s Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community, a $55 million luxury senior living community in North Kansas City, Missouri, is among 30 construction projects selected from more than 100 submissions by the Kansas City Business Journal to receive a Capstone Award, honoring the top real estate and development projects in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
Honorees were chosen based on project size, community impact and innovation – and had to be move-in ready by the end of 2019.
Key players honored included NSPJ Architects, the project architect, and Marian Tutera, interior designer for Tiffany Springs, as well as general contractor Luke Draily Construction Co. and the following engineering firms – Olsson, Bob D. Campbell Co., Latimer Sommers & Associates, Hockenbergs and FP&C Consultants KC LLC.
Tiffany Springs – located at 9191 N. Ambassador Drive in Kansas City – is Tutera Senior Living & Health Care’s newest continuum-of-care community and extension to the Tiffany Springs Rehabilitation Center. The community offers upscale residential options with country club-style amenities. Tiffany Springs comprises 289,906 square feet on 4.6 landscaped acres.
