TVS Supply Chain Solutions, a global leader in supply chain management, celebrated the grand opening of its new 225,113-square-foot build-to-suit facility in Waterloo, Iowa.
Developed in partnership with ElmTree Funds and Ryan Companies US, Inc., the state-of-the-art facility expands TVS’s footprint in the U.S. Midwest and strengthens its ability to serve key clients.
The new facility enhances TVS’s ability to support Iowa’s economy, particularly by serving regional manufacturers and suppliers. The Waterloo facility is strategically located to strengthen supply chain efficiency for equipment production and distribution across the Midwest.
Governor Kim Reynolds and Waterloo Mayor Quentin Hart joined TVS, ElmTree, and Ryan at the ribbon-cutting ceremony Sept. 25. They recognized the project as a milestone in advancing Iowa’s role as a hub for manufacturing and innovation.
TVS’s first Iowa facility is located in Iowa City. This Waterloo location is the company’s second facility in the state and includes 6,800 square feet of office space, a driver’s lounge, 30 loading dock doors and two drive-in doors. Ryan is also building another 225,000-square-foot TVS facility in Davenport, which is scheduled for completion this October.
Ryan served as developer and builder, and Ryan A+E, Inc., Ryan’s design studio, served as the architect. ElmTree, the facility owner and financier, played a key role in making these investments possible, underscoring the collaboration that brought this project to life.
