Twin Cities office of Colliers makes three key additions

The Minneapolis-St. Paul office of Colliers International recently made three additions to its team: Amanda Zielike, marketing director; Dirk Koentopf, research manager; and Tina Volpe, senior operations manager for the office’s brokerage division.

Zielike has a background in business development and marketing strategy. She began her career in commercial real estate working directly with clients as United Health Group’s strategic occupancy planner and communications strategist. Before joining Colliers, she served as marketing manager at JLL.

As marketing director at Colliers, Zielike will plan and execute campaigns on behalf of brokerage and clients, quarterback business development pursuits and develop communication and client-facing strategies for Colliers’ broker professionals.

Koentopf began his career in brokerage in 1994 and transitioned to research in 1997. Since then, he was worked with companies including Welsh, CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield. He is an expert in data management, market analytics and delivering actionable insight. As research manager at Colliers, Koentopf will leverage his passio nfor synthesizing data to expand the research department offerings for brokerage and clients.

Volpe brings a breadth of knowledge and experience in marketing and operations, previously managing marketing teams at JLL and Safe Reflections, Inc. Volpe also holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership from the College of Saint Mary and a Marketing Strategy Certification from Cornell.

Additionally, Volpe serves on the Board of Directors for the White Bear Area Emergency Food Shelf.
